I.R.B.C Brews

Constantly Rotating Taps

  • High Pressure Vanilla Porter - (ABV 6.0 / IBU 26)
Our Porter is brewed in the old London style. Black, malty and roasty taste it will appeal to the avid dark beer drinkers and coffee drinkers alike. Moderate alcohol content and a good blast of vanilla bean at the end will broaden its appeal.
  • Blonde Stout - (ABV 6.1 / IBU 31)
A brewer’s challenge! The challenge was to brew a stout without the dark color. We left out the roasted barley which gives the traditional stout it’s dark color and instead flavored this beer post fermentation, with coffee, cocoa nibs, and vanilla. Beer is for breakfast again!

Citra Session IPA- (ABV 5.6 / IBU 63) Our new session IPA is hopped with Centennial Simcoe and Citra hops for that grapefruit citrus taste. It’s an American classic and brewed so you can drink more than one.
  • Hot Iron Orange Cream Ale - (ABV 5.0 / IBU 24)
This light bodied cream ale is infused with orange zest and coriander for a hint of citrusy sweetness, this beer is a real thirst quencher.
  •  Incandescent Cream Ale - (ABV 5.25 / IBU 24)
A light refreshing beer brewed in the tradition of early East Coast ale brewers, cream ales are hybrid beers, fermented with ale yeast and conditioned like lagers. Ours is light-golden and finished with spicy German hops.
  • Zeppelin German Ale  - (ABV 5.2 / IBU 21)
Full bodied and mellow this ale benefits from a good portion of Munich hops, which gives it a warm nutty flavor, and a deep golden hue. Noble hops provide a perfect balance to the German malt as this beer transports you to Oktoberfest.
  •  Iron Horse Irish Red Ale - (ABV 6.2 / IBU 26)
A malty red with a scoop of English hops. This hearty beer is great as an appetizer, or a desert. Iron Horse Red is reminiscent of ales downed after a hard day working on the rails of the Intercontinental railroad.
  • Howitzer Hefeweizen - (ABV 4.9 / IBU 17)
This traditional bavarian wheat beer is an exceptional summer thirst quencher.  It's made for hot summer afternoons on the I.R.B.C. deck. The light body, authentic banana and clove yeast of this beer will get you through summer.

  • Millstone Rye Ale -  (ABV 5.25 / IBU 24)
A generous helping of malted rye, right off the millstone is the key to this crisp, refreshing ale. We use hops that impart a lemon/dill finish and add a pinch of black pepper for a bite.

  •  Cannon Kottbusser - (ABV 6.4 / IBU 18)
We brewed this long forgotten German style as a tribute to rebels the world over. First crafted in the town of Cottbuss the style was outlawed by the German Purity Law because of the addition of oats, wheat, honey and molasses. We finished our easy drinking light
version of this refreshing summer beer with a hint of lemon. Enjoy the last days of summer with a Cannon Kottbusser
